Return & Exchange Policy
We ship primarily with FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS for domestic and international orders. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. If paying with debit / credit card the payment processing time is usually 2-3 business days, Shipment occurs after confirmed payment. delivery time of 2-3 business days.
We have an exchange only return policy for most items except items that are not what the buyer ordered which include shipping error. If the customer has buyer's remorse, we offer full refund only after item has been returned "un-opened". A 40% re-stocking fee is imposed if item is opened as it must be resold as "Used" or similar condition. If buyer cancels order prior to shipment we issue a full refund.
